| 1 | All orders need to include product code, product description, quantity, price and freight.

| 2 | Orders may be placed by phone, fax, mail or e-mail. |

Terms and Methods of Payment

| 1 | All new customers must pay with credit card when placing their first order. |
|
2 | The cost of recovering any default of payment will be borne by the customer.
|
|
3 | The goods remain property of Ridley Dental Supplies Pty Ltd until full payment is received.

Prices

1 | Prices are negotiable for bulk requirements. Please contact our sales department. |

2 | Prices are in Australian dollars. |

3 | Prices are subject to change.

Availability
|
|
1 | Common types and sizes are usually in stock. Unpopular products might require some delivery time. |
| 2 | We try to stock all advertised items, however due to unexpected circumstances there is a possibility that we may temporarily run out of stock, in this case you will
be placed on back order. |

3 | If back ordered item is no longer required, please advise our sales department. |

Return of Goods
|
|
1 | Prior approval must be obtained from our sales staff before returning goods. |
|
2 | A sales returned number will be issued to you. |
|
3 | Please quote this number on a copy of the original invoice and send with the goods. |
|
4 | Goods must be in their original packaging and condition. |
|
5 | Any claim for incorrect shipment,
faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made
within 2 working days of receipt of goods. |
|
6 | Claims for incorrect orders or unwanted goods must be placed within 10 days of receipt
of goods or a 10% restocking fee, with a minimum of $10.00, will be charged. |
|
7 | No returns will be approved after 30 days from invoice date. |

8 | Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the discretion of Ridley Dental
Supplies Pty Ltd |

| If goods are returned without prior approval, Ridley Dental Supplies Pty Ltd will
not be responsible for any charges, such as freight, insurance, etc. |

| Goods returned due to orders places incorrectly will be subject to a 10% restocking
fee, with a minimum of $10.00. Freight charges on these orders will not be credited.

| If Ridley Dental Supplies Pty Ltd make special arrangements to provide you with
an item not commonly stocked by us, these items will not be accepted as returns
for credit or replacements.
